Title: Corbicula – a LODLAM gateway

Team: HuNI Virtual Lab

Short Description:
The HuNI project’s “Corbicula” is a system designed to make it easy to publish LODLAM from legacy databases.

The “Corbicula” product is a core component of the Humanities Networked Infrastructure Virtual Laboratory, a project funded by the Australian Federal Government’s National eResearch Collaboration Tools and Resources.

Corbicula is a set of tools packaged up as a service to streamline and automate the publication of Linked Data from legacy information systems in the GLAM sector, to provide a corpus of data for use by humanities researchers.

Intellectual Property developed for Corbicula is held by Deakin University, the lead agency of the HuNI consortium. The product is intended to be openly licensed for general use.

    I think I saw there ” crm:P2_has_type crm:E21_Person”, which is wrong.
” rdf:type crm:E21_Person” is right. P2 is reserved for application-level types (eg Architect for profession or Australian for nationality), not for RDF classes.

Well spotted, Vladimir! That error was the result of a typo in the XSLT that converted a harvested EAC-CPF record into RDF,. Unfortunately the bug is now immortalised on Youtube!
